How to Apply
Applications for each year's round of grants are accepted beginning in January of the academic year prior to the award year. The application form is linked at the bottom of this page during the application period. Download the form, fill it in offline, and print it out. Send it by U.S. mail to Dr. Jonny Ramsey, 2500 Potomac Parkway, Denton, TX 76210 with your professional resume. Ask a faculty member to send a letter of recommendation separately to the same address.
The awards for each academic year are considered by the Foundation Board of Trustees during their annual meeting in July, announced in late summer, and disbursed in early fall.
